What actually happens in a session?

Think of it like this: you show up, we check in with how you're feeling, and then we explore whatever's there. Some sessions are deep. Some are practical. All of them are yours.

Is this really confidential?

Always. What you share stays between us – unless you or someone else is at serious risk of harm. That's not just policy; it's your right.

What is the cost of a session?

Each session is R600 per hour, with a free 30-minute first session to help you experience the process and see if it feels right for you. There’s no obligation to continue, just an open space to begin your healing journey.

What if I'm not ready to talk about everything?

Then we don't. Your comfort matters more than any agenda. We'll go exactly as deep as you're ready for.
