Sometimes you just feel… off. Not depressed, not anxious – just not quite yourself. Tired. Stuck. Disconnected.
That's enough. That's always enough.
Wellness counselling is for when you want to feel better – not because something's "wrong," but because you deserve to feel good in your own skin.
We'll look at the whole you: mind, body, emotions, life. Because you're more than just your thoughts.
Together, we might:
Practice mindfulness-based stress reduction to help you actually relax
Explore what's draining you – and what fills you back up
Connect how you're feeling with how you're sleeping, moving, eating (gently, without judgment)
Build simple, sustainable habits that support real well-being

Stress doesn't hit you as hard
You reconnect with things you used to enjoy
You trust yourself more
Wellness counselling is more about building the life you want than treating a specific condition. It's proactive, not reactive – though we'll absolutely address whatever's coming up for you.
Gently, yes – but I'm not your doctor. I might ask about sleep, movement, nutrition, because all of that affects how you feel emotionally. But I'll never prescribe or push. Just explore with curiosity.
Both. Some people come for a few sessions to get unstuck. Others appreciate ongoing support to stay balanced. We'll find what works for you.
