2. Appointments and Cancellations
Bookings must be made in advance
Consent form must be completed and submitted before session starts.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations may be charged.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required upfront or as agreed.
We use secure third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.
4. Confidentiality
All counseling sessions are confidential unless required by law to disclose (e.g., risk of harm).
5. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, graphics) is the property of Safe Space Wellness. You may not copy or distribute it without permission.
6. Liability
Our services are not a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment. We are not liable for decisions made based on session advice.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Please review them regularly.
