We'll start with a simple check-in: "How are you really feeling today?" From there, we might explore what's coming up for you – sometimes through conversation, sometimes through gentle exercises. You'll always leave with something practical: a breathing technique, a new perspective, or just the relief of being heard.
Some people feel relief after 3-4 sessions. Others prefer longer-term support. There's no quota – we'll check in regularly and adjust as we go.
Absolutely. I'm not here to manage your medication (that's between you and your doctor), but therapy works beautifully alongside medical support.
Then we don't. Your comfort is the priority. We'll go exactly as deep as you're ready for – and not one step further.
