
Grief isn't something to "get over." It's something to carry – and you don't have to carry it alone.
Whether you've lost someone you love, ended a relationship that mattered, or are grieving the life you thought you'd have – grief shows up in ways we don't expect.
It's not linear. It's not tidy. And it's definitely not something you need to "fix."
But it is something you deserve support with.
I won't tell you it's time to move on. I won't rush your healing. We'll simply be with your grief – and find ways to carry it that don't break you.
Together, we might:
Use narrative therapy to honor your story and the person or thing you've lost
Practice gentle mindfulness to ground you when grief feels overwhelming
Explore meaning-making – not to "find the silver lining," but to help you integrate this loss into your life
As we work together:
You give yourself permission to grieve in your own way
The waves of grief become less frequent, or less overwhelming
You find moments of peace without guilt
You start to reconnect with life – at your pace
Grief counselling isn't about "fixing" you – because you're not broken. It's about creating space for your loss while helping you find a way forward that honors what you've lost. There's no timeline, no agenda, just presence.
Grief doesn't follow a schedule. Some people come for a few sessions to get through a hard patch. Others appreciate longer-term support. We'll go at whatever pace feels right to you.
Only as much as you want to. Some sessions we'll talk about them. Some sessions we'll talk about you. Some sessions we might just sit with silence. This space is yours.
Grief is grief – whether it's a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a future you thought you'd have. You're welcome here.
