Create a personalized Wellness Care Plan with small, doable steps
Look at how sleep, movement, and daily habits affect your mental health

A clear understanding of what's driving your struggles
A practical plan with goals that fit your actual life
Resources tailored to you (worksheets, exercises, reading – if you want them)
The confidence that comes from knowing yourself better
Whatever's relevant to you. Anxiety, depression, stress, sleep, boundaries, communication patterns, nervous system regulation, attachment styles – we'll focus on what you want to understand.
None at all. This is for everyone – whether you're new to therapy or have done years of work.
It can complement it, but it's different. This is more educational and strategic. If deeper emotional work comes up, we can adjust – or shift to counselling sessions.
However feels helpful to you. Some people like simple check-ins. Others want worksheets or journals. We'll find what works.
