How do you handle heated conflicts in sessions?

With steady, neutral guidance. When things get heated, we pause. We breathe. And we get curious: "What's really happening here? What need isn't being met?" The goal isn't to win the argument – it's to understand it.

Is this only for married couples?

Not at all. Engaged, dating, partnered, separated, polyamorous – if you're in a relationship that matters to you, you're welcome here.

What if my partner doesn't want to come?

Start with individual sessions. Often, when one person starts shifting, the dynamic changes – and that can open the door.

How long until we see improvement?

Many couples feel relief after the first session – just from having a neutral space to talk. Real shift usually takes a few sessions, but you'll likely notice small changes right away.

Can kids or teens join?

Yes. Family sessions can include children (depending on age) when it feels appropriate. We'll tailor the approach to what your family needs.
